Current position

Associate Searcher/Professor at the INRA/AgroParisTech joint Animal Genetics and Integrative Biology Unit, currently in secondment to FAO.


Fields of research

  • Characterization of genetic variability within domestic animals based on a diversity of contexts (developed and developing countries, wild versus domestic populations) and species (cattle, chicken, dog, horse, sheep).
  • Management and conservation of animal genetic resources based on breeders surveys, meta-analysis, and population simulation.
