Cesky Terrier
Český Teriér, Bohemian Terrier, Terrier Tchèque, Tschechische Terrier, Terrier Checo, Ceskyterrieri
The Cesky Terrier was developed in the Czech Republic in the 1940s by breeder František Horák, who crossed the Scottish Terrier with the Sealyham Terrier to create a terrier suited for hunting in the forests of Bohemia. Recognized for its softer coat, calmer temperament, and adaptable working ability, the breed became valued both as a hunting dog and a loyal companion.
