Dear Partner in Dog Health,
The International Partnership for Dogs (IPFD) is conducting a survey to help us better understand why genetic tests (e.g., diseases/traits, parentage ID, breed tests, etc.) are/are not being used by dog owners and breeders. The results of this survey will help us identify breeder/owner needs and priorities and guide the development of resources to improve access to, and increase the understanding of, genetic testing ‒ with the ultimate aim of improving the health and well-being of all dogs.
If you are not currently a dog owner or breeder, there’s no need to complete the survey, but we invite you to make use of our free resources on DogWellNet or contact us with any questions about genetic testing, dog health in general, or opportunities to get involved in our work.
The survey has 10 questions and should take just a few minutes to complete. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us, and please feel free to share this information with your fellow dog people!
