Autosomal recessive amelogenesis imperfecta (ARAI), also known as familial enamel hypoplasia (FEH), is an inherited genetic disorder of tooth enamel that occurs in Samoyeds. Phenotype: Familial enamel hypoplasia (FEH) is characterized by enamel pitting and tooth discoloration.
